PAGE I 力帆科技股份有限公司财务风险控制与防范 摘要 随着全球经济的繁荣发展，我国经济也进入了快速发展阶段，随之我国国有和私营企业总数逐渐增加，同时还伴有跨国企业入驻国内，这使得我国市场竞争越来越激烈。在市场竞争中，企业自身的经营策略以及企业内部的财务管理体系对于企业的竞争力有着重大的影响，也决定着企业能否在财务风险到来之前以及发生之后对其及时作出调控策略。作为进出口贸易大国，我国进出口企业数量较多、竞争较大，进出口企业的财务风险已经成为该类型企业稳健经营的重要影响因素之一。本文以进出口企业力帆科技（集团）股份有限公司为研究对象，首先对财务风险相关理论知识进行概述，再从收入、利润和现金流对力帆科技的财务现状进行分析，然后对力帆科技的筹资风险、投资风险识别、经营风险识别、收益分配风险识别和汇率风险识别进行识别。通过分析和识别力帆科技的财务风险发现问题：筹资结构不合理、投资决策不完善、存货及应收转款管理不当、收益分配不合理和汇率风险；并提出针对性的应对策略。希望通过本文的研究能够提高力帆科技或其他企业对财务风险的识别能力，及时做好应对措施。 关键词：财务风险；力帆科技；进出口企业 Abstract With the prosperity and development of the global economy, Chinas economy has entered a stage of rapid development, with the gradual increase of the total number of state-owned and private enterprises in China, accompanied by the arrival of multinational enterprises in China, which makes the market competition in China more and more fierce.
