? ? 2004-江西省城市建设用地扩张与第二三产业经济增长关系研究 ? ? 席蔚榕 Summary：经济的发展带来建设用地的扩张，不断扩大城市面积进而导致土地关系日益紧张的局面。通过选取江西省11个地级市从2004-2017年共14年的数据，利用脱钩分析方法对江西省城市建设用地扩张与第二、三产业GDP增长之间的关系进行相关实证分析，并对江西省第二、三产业发展与城市建设用地之间的脱钩状态进行深入分析。最终结果显示，江西省城市建设用地的扩张与二三产业GDP的增长之间整体存在着弱脱钩的脱钩关系。并且通过对脱钩弹性系数值省内三大产业的产值以及城市扩张用地的增长等的分析，进一步得出江西省在研究期间之所以呈现弱脱钩状态与江西省第三产业的呈强相关有关。最后从城市建设用地扩张抑制、经济增长来源两个方面对江西省建设用地扩张与第二、三产业GDP增长脱钩原因进行分析。 Abstract： Economic development has led to the expansion of construction land， and the continuous expansion of urban areas has led to increasingly tense land relations. By selecting data from 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province for a total of 14 years from 2004 to 2017， the decoupling analysis method is used to conduct an empirical analysis of the relationship between the expansion of urban construction land in Jiangxi Province and the GDP growth of the secondary and tertiary industries. An in-depth analysis of the decoupling between the development of the secondary and tertiary industries in Jiangxi Province and urban construction land. The final result shows that there is a weak decoupling relationship between the expansion of urban construction land in Jiangxi Province and the GDP growth of the secondary and tertiary industries. And by analyzing the decoupling elasticity coefficient value of the three major industries in the province and the growth of urban expansion land， it is further concluded that the reason why Jiangxi Province showed a weak decoupling state during the study period was strongly related to the tertiary industry in Jiangxi Province.
