In this paper, a primary school teaching building construction organization design project as an example, combined with the actual situation of the project, the partial construction scheme is designed in detail. Using the basic theory knowledge of schedule control, from the perspective of project managers, the project to completion and acceptance of the whole process of the progress of system planning and design , put forward specific measures to ensure the progress of the implementation plan according to the actual situation and quality; security, the establishment of technical and organizational measures strictly, aiming at the common problems in construction projects, the key problems of planning, establishment of appropriate management organization, to ensure the quality and safety plan is very good realization.
