摘 要 随着中国教育学理论体系的不断完善，中国的教育家们越来越关注如何办好教 育，如何在普及教育的基础上更加注重教育的质量，如何为我国快速积累人力 资本，最终在教育学上有所创新和发展，然而基础教育又是很好的突破点，所 以对初等教育所培养的人才质量和要求不断有新的希冀。初等教育对学生发展 的重要性已不言而喻，教师在其中扮演着极其重要的角色，专业化教师队伍的 不断壮大已是提高教育教学质量的必由之路。本论文共由五部分构成:前言部分， 主要介绍了本研究的缘起与所研究的问题领域，相关的学术背景以及研究意义； 第二部分，主要是对相关概念的界定以及说明概念之间的关系;第三部分，介绍 了传统教师教学能力的表现以及当代教育背景下初任教师所需要的教学能力， 通过对比，清晰、明了的得出初任教师所面临的挑战；第四部分，着重分析初 任教师教学能力问题的症结以及导致的原因，通过内外因的分析，让其更为具 体化，为第五部分策略的提出提供了明确的方向；第五部分：根据上述的研究 及分析得出结果，针对内外因两方面，对初任教师如何提高教学能力提出了可 操作性的方法。教师、学校、社会需要共同努力，最终达到合作共赢，才能使 教师教学能力获得更大的发展空间。 关键词：初任教师；教学能力；问题 ；思考 Abstract With the continuous improvement of Chinese education theory system, Chinese educators pay more and more attention to education, how to pay more attention to the quality of education on the basis of universal education, the basic education is the breakthrough point very well.
