内容摘要 随着社会的发展以及经济体制的不断完善，企业日益增多，恰当合理的管理对企业 的发展有重要的作用。在企业的外部环境里，政府的相关机构是和企业最直接最主要的 利益相关者，它能通过设定市场规则，改变市场规模，起草相关的法律法规，征税或者 为企业提供补贴等一系列动作来对企业的绩效进行影响，是政府资源的主要来源。政府 机构之所以是企业外部环境中最主要和最不稳定的因素，是因为它掌握着市场经济中的 关键资源配置。所以，图和从政府机构中获得政府资源是我国普通的中小型企业都必须 面对和解决的一个难题，它对企业的反正有着重要的作用。本文在分析了政府对企业管 理的现状之后，找出了其中存在的问题，并且根据问题给出了相应的对策，为我国政府 和企业之间的合作提出了建设性意见。 关键词：政府 企业 企业管 I Discussion On The Functions Of The Government And Management Of The Enterprise Abstract With the development of society and the continuous improvement of the economic system, enterprises are increasing, and proper and reasonable management plays an important role in the development of enterprises. In the external environment of the enterprise, the relevant government agencies are the most direct and important stakeholders of the enterprise. It can change market size, draft relevant laws and regulations, levy taxes or provide subsidies for enterprises by setting market rules. The series of actions to influence the performance of the company is the main source of government resources. The reason why government agencies are the most important and most unstable factor in the external environment of enterprises is because it holds the key resource allocation in the market economy. Therefore, drawing and obtaining government resources from government agencies is a difficult problem that ordinary small and medium-sized enterprises in China must face and solve.
