中国城乡收入差距影响因素的实证研究：1980～2007年 摘要： 本研究使用1980年至2007年的时序数据，采用面板数据模型和OLS回归模型，从价值创造、产业分配、劳务分配和政府分配四个方面分析了中国城乡收入差距影响因素。 实证研究发现，价值创造水平对城乡收入差距的影响最为显著。城市化程度的提高、技术进步和政策调控对价值创造具有直接或间接的影响。 对产业分配而言，城市化程度、外商投资和国际贸易对城乡收入差距的影响最为显著。在劳务分配方面，教育程度、技术水平、劳动力力量和性别在城乡收入差距形成中均起到了重要作用。 此外，政府分配也是城乡收入差距的重要因素。实证研究表明，政府对贫困地区的投入和对城乡之间公共服务的均等化为缩小城乡收入差距做出了积极贡献。 本研究认为，政府在资源配置、产业政策和投资结构等各方面都应秉持“公开、公正、公平”的原则，促进城乡相互促进发展，实现共同繁荣。同时应提高贫困地区资格、改进社会保障体制、加强教育体制建设等解决城乡收入差距问题。 关键词：城乡收入差距；价值创造；产业分配；劳务分配；政府分配 Abstract: This study uses time series data from 1980 to 2007, and employs panel data models and OLS regression models to analyze the influencing factors of income gap between urban and rural areas in China from four aspects: value creation, industrial distribution, labor distribution, and government distribution. The empirical study found that the level of value creation has the most significant impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas. The improvement of urbanization, technological progress and policy regulation have direct or indirect impact on value creation. For industrial distribution, urbanization, foreign investment and international trade have the most significant impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas. In terms of labor distribution, education level, technical level, labor force and gender all play an important role in the formation of income gap between urban and rural areas. In addition, government distribution is also an important factor in the income gap between urban and rural areas. This study shows that government investment in poor areas and equalization of public services between urban and rural areas have made positive contributions to narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas.
