PAGE III 毕业设计（论文）说明书 设计（论文）题目 立式电解液压滤机设计 学院名称 机械设计制造及其自动化 专 业 （班 级） 姓 名 （学 号） 指 导 教 师 系（教研室）负责人 立式电解液压滤机设计 摘 要 压滤机是固液分离设备的一种。其中立式压滤机由于具有占地面积小、过滤面积大、过滤能力可调节以及对物料的适应能力较强等诸多优点，被广泛应用于矿山、冶金、化工、医药和食品等行业中。 立式电解液压滤机可以对各种电解液进行高压过滤，去除电解液内的杂质，提高电解液的纯度，从而提高电解加工的效率。而立式相对于卧式机床有占地面积小等优点。随着电解液加工的发展，很多工厂对电解液压滤机需求也越来越大，正因如此,对电解液压滤机的研究已成为电解液加工领域的一个非常重要的方向,受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。由于到目前为止国内外对电解液压滤机的研究还不够，需要我们进一步的研究和设计，因此，电解液压滤机的设计具有非常深远的实际意义。 本课题设计过程中以Solidworks作为设计软件，最终完成从总方案设计，由整体框架，过滤装置主体设计至最后零部件图的整体设计过程。 关键词：压滤机；结构；过滤；Solidworks Design of Vertical Electrolyte Filter Press Abstract Filter press is a kind of solid-liquid separation equipment. The vertical filter press is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, medicine and food industry because of its advantages such as small footprint, large filtration area, adjustable filter capacity and strong adaptability to materials. Vertical electrolyte filter can be a variety of electrolyte for high pressure filtration, remove impurities in the electrolyte, improve the purity of the electrolyte, thereby enhancing the efficiency of electrolytic processing. While the vertical relative to the horizontal machine has a small footprint and other advantages. With the development of electrolyte processing, many factories on the electrolytic filter press demand is also growing, because of this, the electrolyte filter has become the field of electrolyte processing a very important direction, by the domestic and foreign Scholars of the widespread concern. As far as domestic and foreign research on the electrolyte filter is not enough, we need further research and design, therefore, the design of electrolyte filter has a very far-reaching practical significance. In the proc
