债务重组对企业的财务影响分析—— 以星美联合股份有限公司为例 摘要 这些年以来，中国改革开放进程的加快促进了上市公司规模的扩大，直接影响 着我国经济快速发展。但是部分上市公司出现债务结构不合理、负债率高等负面因 素，阻碍我国上市公司的正常持续发展。相当多的上市公司利用债务重组减缓财务 危机的局面，试图扭亏为盈。本文通过对星美联合股份有限公司债务重组的分析， 研究该公司债务形成的原因，探讨债务重组对上市公司财务的影响，进而阐述债务 重组对债权人、债务人及其监管机构的影响，给其他相关债务危机企业参考和借鉴 。 关键词：上市公司；债务重组；以股抵债；股权分置改革 Analysis of the Financial Impact of Debt Restructuring of Enterprises – Using STELLAR MEGAUNION CORPORATION as an Example Abstract In recent years, Chinas reform and opening up promoting the expansion the scale of the listing Corporation, directly affect the rapid development of economy in china. But some listing Corporation appeared some negative factors,such as unreasonable debt structure and high debt ratio, hinder the normal development of Chinas listing Corporation. Quite a number of listing Corporation slow down financial crisis with debt restructuring. In this paper, by analyzing the debt restructuring of STELLAR MEGAUNION CORPORATION, and then elaborates the influence of debt restructuring of institutions and supervision of the debtor, creditors, the debt crisis to other related enterprise for reference.
