摘 要 口语交际是进行人际交往和信息交互一定要使用的方式和工具，尤其在当今快 速前进的社会，人际交往日益密切。掌握一定的口语交际技巧，不仅是个人提 升社会地位的因素，更是促进学生发展的巨大潜在动力。因此在基础教育新课 程改革的背景下，2001 年教育部颁布了《全日制义务教育语文课程标准》，该 标准明确了口语交际的理念，强调了口语交际对学生的重要性，促使我国语文 教学产生了重大变革，许多教育从业者也积极参与到口语交际教学改革中。但 笔者了解到的实际情况是虽然新课程标准已经推行了很多年，但我国小学生的 语文口语交际能力并没有得到显著的提高，反映了当前我国语文口语交际教学 状况存在问题，教学水平参差不齐、有待提高。因此，本文通过问卷调查的方 法分析口语交际教学存在的问题及其产生的原因，提出有针对性的解决策略， 为小学语文口语交际教学理论研究提供借鉴。 关键词：小学语文；口语交际教学；问题；对策 Abstract Oral communication is the way to communicate and interact with each other，especially in todays fast moving society, interpersonal communication is getting closer. Mastering certain oral communication skills is not only a factor to enhance the social status of individuals, but also a great potential power to promote the development of students. Therefore, under the background of the new curriculum reform of basic education, the Ministry of Education promulgated the 《Chinese curriculum standards for full-time compulsory education 》in 2001，This standard defined the concept of oral communication and emphasized the importance of oral communication to students, promoted Chinese education has produced significant changes, so many educators also actively involved in the oral communication teaching reform. But the actual situation is that although the new curriculum standards have been implemented for many years, however, the primary school students oral communicative competence has not been significantly improved, it reflects the problems of Chinese oral communication teaching status, the teaching level is uneven, and needs to be improved.
