On the one hand, diversification brings a lot of development opportunities for enterprises and can disperse the business risks from the original industry, but it is accompanied by increasing financial risks at the same time. As the pillar industry of our national economy, the real estate industry plays an important role in the economic development of our country. At the same time, with a series of macro-policies issued by our government to the real estate industry in recent years, as well as the increasingly fierce competition in the real estate industry, the real estate enterprises in our country begin to turn to diversified management strategy. This paper selects Evergrande Group, the representative of diversification in real estate industry, to analyze the impact of diversification on its economic benefits and financial risks.
