封面 关于青少年校园暴力的研究 摘要 社会的不断进步，校园内的青少年之间的暴力问题逐渐成为全社会关注的问 题但又是一个棘手的问题。尤其是最近的几年时间内，在互联网络上面接连有越 来越多的相关事件发生，但是网络上被曝光的这些只是很少的一部分，越来越多 又严重的暴力事件发生在校园内的青少年人群里，尽管一系列相关的法律相继出 台，但是月没能制止该类事件的发生，缺变得更加的恶化。其中，现有的法律规 定还不是十分的完善，也是该类事件频发的原因之一。故而本文对青少年校园暴 力问题进行探究，文章首先概述了研究背景、意义、内容等，奠定全文研究框架； 其次对青少年校园暴力、依法治校等相关理论进行概述，为后文奠定理论基础； 再次指出青少年校园暴力的特征以及发展趋势；接着点出青少年校园暴力法律干 预中存在的问题，包括法律法规过于分散、部分法规缺乏可操作性、相关处罚力 度不够以及责任不明确未形成监管合力；最后提出了依法治校下有效干预青少年 校园暴力的措施，即制定系统的校园暴力法案、细化法律规定增强法律的可操作 性、完善部分立法空白以及明确责任主体加强监管合力。以期实现依法治校，减 少校园暴力发生的频率。 关键词：青少年；校园暴力；依法治校 Abstract With the continuous progress of society, the problem of violence among young people on campus has gradually become a concern of the whole society, but it is also a thorny issue. In recent years, more and more related incidents have occurred on the Internet. However, these are only a few of the exposures on the Internet. More and more violent incidents occur on campus. In the young people, although a series of related laws have been introduced, the month has not stopped the occurrence of such incidents and the situation has become worse. Among them, the existing legal provisions are not yet perfect and are one of the reasons for the frequent occurrence of such incidents. Therefore, this article explores the problem of violence in youth campuses.
