毕业设计--皮带输送机设计 摘 要 汽车喇叭是汽车安全系统中不可缺少的电器元件。低成本、长寿命、高可靠性和耐环境适应能力已成为汽车喇叭的发展方向。在汽车喇叭组装过程中，程序繁琐，需要在车间内部进行输送，以提高生产效率，降低成本。 输送机是在一定的线路上连续输送物料的物料搬运机械，又称连续输送机。输送机可进行水平、倾斜和垂直输送，也可组成空间输送线路，输送线路一般是固定的。输送机输送能力大，运距长，还可在输送过程中同时完成若干工艺操作，所以应用十分广泛。 输送机械按运作方式可以分为:皮带式输送机、螺旋输送机、斗式提升机、滚筒输送机、计量输送机、板链输送机、网带输送机。 本设计是皮带输送机设计，而且利用单片机实现的皮带输送机控制系统。利用单片机强大的编程技术，对皮带输送机进行控制。 关键词:汽车喇叭;带式输送机;单片机 I Abstract The car trumpet is the electric appliances component of indispensability in the safe car system.Is low cost, longevity life, high credibility and bear environment orientation ability to have become the development direction of car trumpet.Assemble process in the car trumpet in, the procedure is tedious, need inner part between each car to carry on transporting and produce an efficiency by exaltation, decline low cost. Transporting the machine is in a row the material that transports a material on the certain circuit to transport a machine, and then call to transport machine in a row.Transporting the machine can carry on level, inclination and perpendicularity to transport as well as constitute space to transport circuit, transporting the circuit is generally fixed.Transporting machine to transport ability is big, the luck is apart from long, can still in the process of transporting in complete some craft operations at the same time, so the application is very extensive.Transporting a machine to press the operation way can is divided into:1, the leather belt type transports machine;2, the helix transports machine;3, the Dou type promotes machine;4, the roller transports machine;5, calculate to transport machine;6, the plank chain transports machine;7, the net takes to transport machine. This design is a leather belt to transport a machine design, and make use of a list slice machine realization of the leather belt transport machine control system.Make use of a list slice plait with strong machine distance technique, transport machine to carry on a control to the leather belt.
