? ? 产房优质护理干预对产妇分娩质量的影响 ? ? 顾萍 [Summary] 目的 對于产妇的分娩质量来说产房内部优质护理的干预措施所能够产生的具体影响。方法 方便选取2018年6—11月该院产房所收治192例产妇作为此次临床观察试验研究主要对象，以就诊顺序将产妇平分成两组，各组均96例。观察组采取产房内部优质的护理干预措施，对照组则为产房基础护理措施。分析两组效果。 结果 经过此次临床观察与试验研究之后可得出以下数据：对照组第1产程（10.7±1.6）分、第2产程（0.8±0.5）分、第3产程（0.3±0.04）分。产后2 h的出血量（256.9±24.6）分、剖宫产率29.17%（28/96）、新生儿的窒息率10.42%（10/96）;护理前期 SAS（54.19±5.18）分、SDS（42.52±7.99）分，护理后期 SAS（43.99±3.47）分、SDS（39.98±9.29）分。护理服务总满意率仅为89.58%;观察组第1产程（8.2±1.2）分、第2产程（0.6±0.3）分、第3产程（0.2±0.0）分。产后2h的出血量（211.4±18.8）分、剖宫产率9.38%（9/96）、新生儿的窒息率1.04%（1/96）;护理前期 SAS（53.36±5.69）分、SDS（41.93±8.28）分，护理后期 SAS（36.42±3.18）分、SDS（39.24±9.47）分。护理服务总满意度达98.96%（t=9.412、3.251、3.018、10.326、χ2=6.017、3.621、t=8.014，χ2=7.341，P [Key] 产房;优质护理;干预;产妇;分娩质量;影响 [] R473.71? ? ? ? ? MethodsA total of 192 parturients in the delivery room of our hospital from June to November 2018 were convenient selected as the main subjects of this clinical observation trial. The parturients were divided equally into two groups in the order of consultation， 96 in each group. The observation group adopted high-quality nursing intervention measures in the delivery room， while the control group adopted basic nursing measures in the delivery room.
