内蒙古工业大学本科毕业设计说明书 摘 要 本次设计题目为内蒙古乌海市乌达区排水工程设计，包括排水管网系统和污水厂设计。 结合当地经济情况和环境要求，城市排水体制采用分流制，即分别建立污水排水系统和雨水排水系统，并按较高标准设计。 污水处理厂设计，原水主要为城市生活污水和工业废水，悬浮物浓度SS为448.50,生化需氧量BOD为317.32，化学需氧量COD为431.78，总氮TN浓度为33.75，总磷TP浓度为5.16。该污水处理厂近期设计规模为6.6万。完整处理工艺包括一级生物处理、二级生物处理和污泥处理。污水处理流程为：从泵房到沉砂池，经初沉池后进入反应池，再经二沉池后进入接触池，经巴氏计量槽出水；污泥处理流程为：从二沉池排出的剩余污泥经泵提升到浓缩池，再通过重力进入消化池，经贮泥后进入脱水机房，形成泥饼外运。 二级生物处理采用工艺，其具有良好的脱氮除磷功能。污水处理厂设2座反应池。每座池子分为5个廊道，设计有效水深4.0m，超高取0.3m，反应池的总长度为57.4m，池宽35m。 污水处理厂最终出水满足国家标准《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准（GB 18918－2002）》中一级B标准。 关键词：排水工程；管网系统；工艺 Abstract This design titled Wuhai Wuda drainage engineering design, including drainage network system and wastewater treatment plant design.
