从雾里看花到管中窥豹——以网络为载体的两岸民众信息交流与人际传播现状的开题报告 摘要： 本文旨在研究以网络为载体的两岸民众信息交流与人际传播现状。研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和案例分析法等多种方法进行，主要包括两部分内容：第一部分，通过对两岸依法治理政策的分析，探讨网络对两岸信息交流与人际传播的影响；第二部分，通过问卷调查法和案例分析法，研究网络对两岸民众信息交流与人际传播的现状。研究结果表明，网络对两岸信息交流与人际传播的影响非常大。网络具有快捷、广泛、方便、互动等优势，为两岸民众提供了更广阔的交流平台和更多样化的信息资源。但也存在着尺度失控、信息泛滥、信息安全等问题，需要加强依法治理，保障网络信息的安全和稳定。 关键词：网络，两岸，信息交流，人际传播，依法治理 Abstract: This paper aims to study the current situation of information exchange and interpersonal communication between the people on both sides of the strait through the network. The research adopts multiple methods, such as literature review, questionnaire survey, and case analysis. There are two main parts in this research. The first part analyzes the impact of the network on the exchange of information and interpersonal communication between the people on both sides of the strait through the interpretation of the policies for governance by law. The second part studies the current situation of information exchange and interpersonal communication between the people on both sides of the strait through the network by using questionnaire survey and case analysis. The research shows that the network has a significant impact on information exchange and interpersonal communication between the people on both sides of the strait. The network provides a broader platform for communication and a more diversified information resource for people on both sides of the strait because of its advantages in rapid, extensive, convenient, and interactive communication. However, there are also problems of uncontrolled scale, information flooding, and information security, which require strengthening of governance by law to ensure the security and stability of network information.
