Many people have mixed feelings about the opportunities between the new generation and high-level employees who are older than 55. Whereas they were almost unhappened thirty years ago, these days they are a big problem in our society. One of the strongest arguments in favour of giving a chance to the new generation is the trouble they cause many companies. Although companies are always hiring people who have much experience, or people who have retired, you can be sure that the job you are finding will be occupied by old people who have worked for a lot of years. What is more, many companies insist on continuing their work year, even though they dont want to work any more. For this reason, many people wish to give job opportunities to a new generation. On the other hand, there are a number of arguments against such a wish. It is really difficult to make young people grow up in a short time, and it is also cost much. Therefore it would be virtually impossible to give a chance to young people. Some new generation would see this as an infringement of their right, while the companies would say they need high-level people to increase their production. And despite being asked to make work chances to young people, some companies insist on employing experienced people, or who had retired. Perhaps the economy grows fast, and new generation has not enough time to catch up old people, however retired people need relaxing, they hope they will have a happy retirement time. It seems to me that hiring retired people but do not give opportunities to a new generation is not a good idea. Society is moving. People need to give a chance to new generation instead old. People should be aware that it cant improve our society if only hiring retired people. However, there will always be someone who thinks their benefit is more important than society improvement.
