健康教育对骨折患者康复结局的影响 健康教育对骨折患者康复结局的影响  　　[摘要] 目的 探讨对骨折患者行健康教育干涉的临床效果。 办法 将2022年5月～2022年5月我院收治的104例骨折患者作为研究对象，根据计算机法进行分组研究，随机分为综合组和常规组，各52例。综合组行健康教育综合干涉，常规组行根底护理干涉，比拟两组护理称心度、肌肉萎缩几率及各项临床指标的变化情况。 结果 综合组护理总体称心度[48〔92.31%〕]显着高于常规组[32〔61.54%〕]，综合组肌肉萎缩几率[3.85%〔2/52〕]显着低于常规组[26.92%〔14/52〕]，两组比拟存在统计学差别〔P　　[中图分类号] R683 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701〔2022〕10-0145-03 　　Effect of health education on rehabilitation outcome of fracture patients　　WANG Yongmei　　Department of Bone Setting， the Third Peoples Hospital of Heze in Shandong Province，Heze 274031，China　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of health education intervention in patients with fractures. Methods 104 patients with fractures admitted in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2022 were enrolled in this study. According to the computer method， the patients were randomly divided into integrated group and conventional group，with 52 cases in each group. The integrated group underwent health education comprehensive intervention， and the conventional group was given basic nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction， muscle atrophy probability and the changes of clinical indicators between the two groups were compared. Results The total nursing satisfaction in the integrated group was 48 cases 〔92.31%〕， significantly higher than that of the conventional group of 32 cases〔61.54%〕. The muscle atrophy rate of the integrated group was 3.85%〔2/52〕， significantly lower than that of the conventional group [26.92%〔14/52〕]， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant 〔P　　[Key words] Health education intervention； Fracture patients； Rehabilitation outcome； Muscle atrophy　　骨折患者主要是由于意外《p伤所造成的机体创伤，需要接受入院治疗，但患者并未做好紧急入院的心理和生理准备，易出现不同程度的焦虑和紧张等负面情绪，严重影响患者的身心健康[1-2]。在患者住院治疗期间，护理人员需寻求患者家属的帮忙和协助，培养患者独立生活的能力，加强患者健康教育的理解和认知力度，指导患者学会锻炼及活动的技巧和办法[3-4]。伴随医学研究的不断开展和深入，传统的护理效劳已不能满足骨折患者的自身需求，因此，健康教育护理干涉的护理模式脱颖而出，不仅能够改善患者的负面情绪，还能降低患者发生肌肉萎缩的几率[5-6]。 　　1资料与办法　　1.1一般资料　　本组试验均为患者自愿参与和接受研究，并签署知情同意书，将2022年5月～2022年5月我
