In the era of globalization, technical English translation has become a bridge for cross-cultural communication. Therefore, this paper aims to study the impact of context on technical English translation and explore some technical tools and methods to improve the quality and efficiency of technical English translation. The research will be conducted through analyzing relevant literature and investigating case studies to have a more comprehensive understanding of the existing technical English translation methods and applications. The ultimate goal of this paper is to provide translation practitioners and related researchers with an in-depth understanding of the importance, challenges, and opportunities of technical English translation.
