组织健康及其对企业管理人员工作压力与工作绩效的影响研究的中期报告 摘要: 本研究旨在探讨组织健康对企业管理人员工作压力与工作绩效的影响,并进一步研究个体因素在其中的调节作用。通过问卷调查的方式,我们收集了涉及工作压力、工作绩效、组织健康和个体因素等多方面的数据,并运用回归分析方法来验证研究假设。 初步结果表明,组织健康与管理人员的工作压力和工作绩效均存在显著关系。组织健康状况较好的企业可以为管理人员提供更好的工作环境和支持,从而减少其工作压力,进而提升工作绩效。此外,我们也发现个体因素在调节组织健康与工作绩效之间的关系中具有一定的影响。 未来研究将进一步深入探讨组织健康与个体因素之间的关系,并尝试寻找更多可以减少管理人员工作压力的方式和途径,以提升组织的整体绩效。 Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational health on work stress and work performance of enterprise management personnel, and to further explore the moderating role of individual factors. Through questionnaire survey, we collected data on work stress, work performance, organizational health, and individual factors, and used regression analysis to test the research hypotheses. Preliminary results indicate that organizational health is significantly related to work stress and work performance of management personnel. Enterprises with better organizational health can provide better working environment and support for management personnel, reduce their work stress, and enhance work performance. In addition, we found that individual factors have a certain influence on the relationship between organizational health and work performance. Future research will further explore the relationship between organizational health and individual factors, and try to find more ways and paths to reduce the work stress of management personnel, in order to improve the overall performance of the organization.
