本科生毕业设计（论文） （ 2022 届） 设计（论文）题目 折页盒注塑模具设计 折页盒注塑模具设计 摘要：近年来，随着人们越来越多的使用塑料制品，且塑料工业的快速发展，注塑模具逐渐受到人们和世界工厂的关注，本文重点讨论和研究了折页盒的注塑模具设计，折页盒是一种常见的日常生活用品，可用于储藏人们的生活用品，该产品经常出现在人们的日常生活中，比如学校，家里，办公桌上等等。有几个因素在设计产品中必须进行充分的考虑，那就是折页盒的安全性，实用性，耐用性。根据注塑模具的设计流程，首先我们要对折页盒进行资料的搜集、分析，从而进一步的确定产品的用途，人们的需求。然后根据各方面的性能要求来设计它的浇注系统、凹凸模、冷却系统等等的零部件，再通过计算来决定型腔布局和确定塑件成型位置及分型面，同时完成导向机构，顶出方式，冷却加热方式等等，最终完成折页盒注塑模具设计。 关键词：注塑模；凹凸模；折页盒 Design of Injection Mold for Folding Box Abstract：In recent years, with the increasing use of plastic products and the rapid development of the plastic industry, injection moulds are gradually receiving attention from people and factories around the world. The product is often found in peoples daily life, such as in schools, at home, on desks, etc. There are several factors that must be taken into account when designing a product, namely the safety, practicality and durability of the folding box. According to the design process of an injection mould, the first step is to collect and analyse information about the folding box to determine the use of the product and the needs of the people. Then, according to the performance requirements of each aspect to design its pouring system, concave and convex mold, cooling system and other components, and then through calculations to determine the layout of the cavity and determine the molding position and parting surface of the plastic parts, while completing the guide mechanism, ejecting method, cooling and heating method, etc., and finally complete the design of the folding box injection mould.
