关节式坐标测量机热变形误差建模及修正研究的中期报告 摘要： 本文介绍了关节式坐标测量机热变形误差建模及修正研究的中期进展。首先，对关节式坐标测量机进行了热变形误差测试，测量结果表明温度升高时测量机存在明显的热变形误差。然后，根据测量数据对热变形误差进行了建模，基于多元回归分析建立了热变形误差预测模型。最后，针对建模结果进行了误差修正实验，验证了预测模型的有效性。 关键词：关节式坐标测量机；热变形误差；建模；多元回归分析；误差修正 Abstract: This paper introduces the mid-term progress of the research on modeling and correction of thermal deformation errors of joint-coordinate measuring machines. Firstly, the thermal deformation errors of the joint-coordinate measuring machine were tested, and the measurement results showed that there were obvious thermal deformation errors when the temperature was increased.
