基于农远工程的教师培训研究——以赣州市为个案的中期报告 摘要：本研究旨在通过对赣州市基于农远工程的教师培训的调查和分析，探讨如何提高农村地区教育的质量和教师的实际水平。通过对赣州市部分地区进行问卷调查和访谈，研究发现：农远工程的教师培训对于提高教师的实际水平和提升农村教育的质量具有积极的作用；但在实际操作中，仍存在一些问题，如培训内容缺乏针对性、教师考核机制不够完善等。同时，通过对比教师所教授的科目和授课内容，发现农村地区教育存在内容与现代化社会发展不相符的问题，需要更加注重教育现代化的理念和措施，提高教育与现代化社会发展的联动性。 关键词：基于农远工程的教师培训；农村教育；教师实际水平；教育现代化 Abstract: This study aims to explore how to improve the quality of rural education and the practical level of teachers through the investigation and analysis of teacher training based on the agricultural and remote engineering in Ganzhou City. Through questionnaire surveys and interviews in some areas of Ganzhou City, the study found that the teacher training based on the agricultural and remote engineering has a positive effect on improving the practical level of teachers and promoting the quality of rural education. However, in practice, there are still some problems, such as the lack of targeted training content and the imperfect teacher assessment mechanism. At the same time, by comparing the subjects taught by teachers and the contents of the courses, it is found that there exists a problem that the content of rural education does not match with the modern society development, and it is necessary to pay more attention to the concept and measures of education modernization, and improve the linkage between education and modern society development.
