The aim of the project is to increase the flexibility of the structure by using a transfer layer, and to achieve seismic mitigation by the collaborative action of the core-tube and frame. The theoretical calculation model and 3D finite element analysis results of the project are introduced in this paper, and the experimental plan and model calibration are also discussed. 【Keywords】 Transfer layer; Frame-core tube structure; Seismic control; Finite element analysis
