房屋租赁合同
House Lease Contract

经甲乙双方协商,甲方将位于 1栋6单元XXX室套房(三室一厅一厨二卫)租给乙方使用,现达成如下协议:
After the two sides consult with each other, Party A will rent to Party B the XXX room in the sixth unit of the first building(with three rooms、one drawing room、one kitchen and two toilets )which stands in . Now the two parties come to an agreement as follows.
1、租赁期自 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止,租赁费为1500元/月,乙方每半年支付一次租金,甲方收款后应提供收据;
1、The lease will run from (Year) (Month) (Day)
to (Year) (Month) (Day). The house rent is 1500 Yuan per month. Party B will pay the rent semiyearly, Party A must offer Party B the receipt after receive the money.
2、租赁期内乙方应承担所发生的水费、电费、煤气费、电话费、有线电视费、宽带月租费及物业管理费等;
2、In the lease, Party B should afford the water and electricity rate、the gas cost、the phone cost、the CATV cost、the Wide Band cost and the charge of real estate management, etc.
3、甲方屋内有若干件家具及电器(见清单)可供乙方居住使用,乙方居住人应对甲方屋内设施、墙面及家具承担爱护之责,并在入住前一次性给甲方1000元押金,待退房时一次性退还乙方;
3、There are a few furniture and electrical appliance in Party A’s house (attach the bill), Party B can use them and have the responsibility to cherish the furniture, the wall of the house, and other appliance. Party B will pay Party A 1000 Yuan for foregift before living in the house. When Party B return the house, Party A will give back the money at once.
4、甲方应向乙方提供房产证复印件及房主产权证明等材料,确保租赁房无其他债权债务等经济纠纷;
4、Party A should offer Party B the copy of house property certificate and the testimonial of the house-owner’s property right, etc, so that Party B can insure the rental house have no debt and economy dispute.
5、本合同一式两份,双方各执一份,若有一方要解除合同必须提前一个月通知对方。
5、The contract have two copies, the two parties hold one each. If one side wants to stop the contract, the other side must be told one month ahead.
