PAGE PAGE IV 某公司资金管理现状及对策分析 摘要 伴随着经济的发展，中小企业的发展如雨后春笋，为国民经济发展的贡献也越来越大。资金是企业财务管理的重要内容，对于公司现有的整体资金来说，存在着极强的流动性，而且也比较有活力，所以说，关于公司的正常运作以及其日后发展，这些均取决于营运资金管理和运转情况。本文对家电行业资金管理（以A公司为例）进行研究，首先，对资金管理的相关理论进行概述，为后面的分析提供理论依据。然后阐述家电行业资金管理的现状。其次，对A公司资金管理的管理现状进行分析并提出问题。最后，针对A公司资金管理中存在的问题提出解决措施和建议。 关键词：资金管理；资金管理；家电行业  abstract Working capital is an important part of the financial management of the enterprise. It is the most dynamic and dynamic part of the enterprise capital. The survival and development of the enterprise depend to a great extent on the management and operation of the operating capital. In order to maintain a normal operation, an enterprise must have an appropriate amount of operating funds. Working capital is in an important position in the production and marketing activities of the enterprise. It will have a significant impact on the realization of the profit target of the enterprise. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the management of operating capital of the enterprise. In this paper, the working capital management of the household electrical appliance industry （with Sichuan Changhong electric appliance as an example） is studied. First, the related theories of operating capital management are summarized, and the theoretical basis for the latter analysis is provided. Then it expounds the current situation of working capital management in household appliances industry. Secondly, it analyzes the current management situation of Changhong electric appliances working capital in Sichuan and raises some questions. Finally, it puts forward solutions and suggestions for the problems existing in the operation fund management of Changhong electric appliances in Sichuan.
