上市公司参与风险投资对公司绩效的影响研究——以雅戈尔集团为例的中期报告 【摘要】 本文以雅戈尔集团为例，通过研究上市公司参与风险投资对公司绩效的影响，旨在探讨风险投资与企业发展之间的关系。本研究采用回归分析方法，结合财务数据，研究结果表明：上市公司参与风险投资对公司绩效具有显著影响，表现为企业规模、盈利能力、市场竞争力等方面的提升。同时，风险投资对企业财务风险的影响不确定，可能会增加或减少企业的财务杠杆，因此需要企业谨慎评估风险投资的风险和回报比。 【关键词】 上市公司；风险投资；企业绩效；雅戈尔集团 【Abstract】 This paper takes the Yageo Corporation as an example to explore the relationship between risk investment and enterprise development by studying the impact of listed companies’ participation in risk investment on company performance. This study uses regression analysis method and combines financial data. The results show that the participation of listed companies in risk investment has a significant impact on company performance, which is reflected in the improvement of enterprise size, profit ability, market competitiveness and other aspects. At the same time, the impact of risk investment on enterprise financial risk is uncertain, which may increase or decrease the financial leverage of enterprises.
