Research methods mainly use literature research, questionnaire and expert interviews. Through analyzing the survey data and expert interviews, the following conclusions are drawn: The overall level of youth sports dance training institutions in Hunan Province is low, with problems such as low teacher quality, insufficient facilities and equipment, and fierce market competition. In terms of countermeasures, it is necessary to strengthen teacher training, improve the quality of the teaching staff, increase investment, improve facilities and equipment, and expand market channels. Through the implementation of these measures, the development level of youth sports dance training institutions in Hunan Province can be effectively improved.
