我国房地产市场调控中货币政策的运用研究的中期报告 摘要： 我国房地产市场调控中，货币政策发挥了重要作用，但其运用也面临着一定的困难和挑战。本文通过对我国房地产市场以及货币政策的调控历程进行回顾，分析了货币政策对房地产市场的影响，从市场分析、政策分析和案例分析三个方面，探讨了货币政策的实施策略、政策效果和存在的问题及改进方向。结论表明：货币政策是我国房地产市场调控的重要手段，但因存在着货币市场的复杂性和不确定性，对货币政策实施提出了更高的要求，而加强货币政策的时效性、灵活性和针对性，是货币政策运用中需要关注的问题。 关键词：货币政策；房地产市场；调控 Abstract: In the regulation of Chinas real estate market, monetary policy has played an important role, but its application also faces certain difficulties and challenges. Through reviewing the history of Chinas real estate market and the regulation of monetary policy, this paper analyzes the influence of monetary policy on the real estate market. From the perspectives of market analysis, policy analysis and case analysis, this paper discusses the implementation strategy, policy effect, existing problems and improvement direction of monetary policy. The conclusion shows that monetary policy is an important means of regulating Chinas real estate market, but because of the complexity and uncertainty of the money market, higher requirements are put forward for the implementation of monetary policy. Therefore, strengthening the timeliness, flexibility and pertinence of monetary policy is the issue to be addressed in the application of monetary policy.
