基于预算动机的日资企业预算管理研究——以XX日资企业为案例的中期报告 摘要: 本文以XX日资企业为案例,研究了日资企业的预算管理现状及存在的问题,采用预算动机理论,探讨了预算管理与员工绩效的关系,并提出了相应的改进建议。 研究发现,XX日资企业的预算管理存在着以下问题:一、预算制定不够科学合理;二、预算执行不力,存在偏差;三、预算监控不到位,缺乏有效的管控手段。 基于预算动机理论,本文对员工参与预算制定、信息透明度、奖惩激励等因素与员工绩效之间的关系进行了研究。通过问卷调查和数据分析,发现员工参与预算制定对其绩效影响显著;信息透明度和奖惩激励也能够有效的改善员工绩效。 结合以上研究结果,本文提出了以下改进建议:一、改进预算制定流程,确保预算的科学性和合理性;二、加强预算执行管控,强化指标监控和对偏差的及时纠正;三、营造透明和激励机制,提高员工参与度和执行力。 关键词:预算管理;预算动机;员工绩效;日资企业 Abstract: This paper takes XX Japanese-owned enterprise as a case study to investigate the current situation and problems of budget management in Japanese-owned enterprises. With the theory of budget motivation, the relationship between budget management and employee performance is discussed, and corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward. The research found that there are several problems in the budget management of XX Japanese-owned enterprises: firstly, the budget formulation is not scientific and reasonable enough; secondly, the budget execution is not effective, and there are deviations; thirdly, the budget monitoring is not in place, and there is a lack of effective control means. Based on the theory of budget motivation, this paper investigates the relationship between factors such as employee participation in budget formulation, information transparency, rewards and punishments, and employee performance. Through questionnaires and data analysis, it is found that employee participation in budget formulation has a significant impact on their performance; information transparency and rewards and punishments can also effectively improve employee performance. Combined with the above research results, this paper proposes the following improvement suggestions: firstly, improve the budget formulation process to ensure the scientific and rationality of the budget; secondly, strengthen the budget execution control, strengthen index monitoring, and timely correct deviations; thirdly, create transparent and incentive mechanisms to improve employee participat
