经皮空心螺钉技术与钢板内固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的疗效分析的中期报告 摘要： 目的：比较经皮空心螺钉技术与钢板内固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的疗效。 方法：选取2009年1月至2015年12月期间收治的96例不稳定型骨盆骨折患者，随机分为经皮空心螺钉组和钢板内固定组，每组48例。两组患者性别、年龄、医疗保险类型、受伤时间等基本情况比较无显著性差异。分别记录手术时间、术中出血量、术后重症监护室及住院天数等临床指标，并加入术后并发症及治疗效果的随访观察指标。 结果：经皮空心螺钉组、钢板内固定组手术时间、术中出血量差异无显著性意义（P0.05）。经皮空心螺钉组术后住院天数、重症监护室住院天数、术后并发症发生率均明显优于钢板内固定组，其中术后住院时间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。随访两组患者均无术后出现感染、断钉、假关节及复发等并发症，但经皮空心螺钉组患者伤口愈合时间更短，并且在治疗效果及功能恢复方面优于钢板内固定组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论：经皮空心螺钉治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折安全、有效性高，在临床实践中有广泛应用和推广价值。 关键词：经皮空心螺钉；钢板内固定；不稳定型骨盆骨折；手术效果 Abstract： Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect of percutaneous hollow screw fixation technology and steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures. Methods: 96 patients with unstable pelvic fractures treated between January 2009 and December 2015 were randomly divided into percutaneous hollow screw group and steel plate internal fixation group, with 48 patients in each group. There were no significant differences in basic characteristics such as age, gender, medical insurance type and injury time between the two groups. Clinical indicators such as operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative intensive care unit and hospitalization days were recorded, and postoperative complications and treatment effect were followed up and observed. Results: There was no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the percutaneous hollow screw group and the steel plate internal fixation group (P0.05). The postoperative hospitalization days, intensive care unit hospitalization days and postoperative complications of the percutaneous hollow screw group were significantly better than those of the steel plate internal fixation group, and the difference in postoperative hospitalization time was statistically significant (P0.05).
