浅析我国跨境电子商务的发展现状和趋势 ——以阿里巴巴和唯品会为例 摘要 基于现在互联网的发展趋势，跨境电商打破了传统贸易在时间和空间上的限制，缩短了商品的流通环节，有效降低了各种商业成本。跨境电商作为一门新兴产业，在发展的过程中必定会面临诸多问题和挑战，本文首先介绍了跨境电子商务的概念、特征及行业模式，接着以阿里巴巴和唯品会为例，重点分析我国跨境电子商务的发展现状及存在的问题，并针对性地提出相应的解决策略，以期对我国未来跨境电子商务的发展起到理论指导作用。 关键词：跨境，电子商务，发展，阿里巴巴，唯品会 Abstract Based on the current trend of Internet development, cross-border electricity providers have broken the limitation of traditional trade in time and space, shortening the circulation of commodities, and effectively reducing all kinds of business costs. The cross-border electricity supplier as an emerging industry in the development process will face many problems and challenges, this paper first introduces the concept, characteristics and mode of cross-border e-commerce industry, and then to the Alibaba and as an example, focus on the analysis of the development status of Chinas cross-border e-commerce and the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to Chinas future development of cross-border e-commerce plays a guiding role theory.
