PAGE 13 浅析河北省钢铁出口贸易的优劣和劣势 摘要：2017年以来，国家推进供给侧结构性改革、积极化解钢铁过剩产能工作效果初步体验，国内钢铁企业的经营状况普遍好转。但国际市场针对中国的反倾销、反补贴案件明显增多，钢材出口难度大。作为我国钢材产量、出口第一大省的河北省，其钢材行业状况及外贸形势一定程度上反映我国钢铁行业的发展现状。河北省钢铁出口量排名连续4年居全国第一、钢材出口量增价跌、出口结构升降互现、出口市场范围缩小、出口主体有所减少。但与此同时，贸易摩擦也相伴而生，并显现出日趋激烈的态势。本文在对研究的核心思路清晰后，通过对河北省钢铁出口贸易现状的研究，对河北省钢铁出口贸易的优点和缺点有一个全新的认识，然后根据所存在的问题提出建议及对策。 关键词：钢铁出口；出口贸易；河北省；优劣势  Abstract: Since 2017， the state has been promoting structural reform of supply side, actively resolving the preliminary experience of the work effect of steel surplus capacity, and the operation condition of domestic steel enterprises has generally improved. However, the international market against Chinas anti-dumping, countervailing cases increased significantly, steel exports difficult. As Chinas steel production, export the first major province of Hebei province, its steel industry and foreign trade situation to a certain extent reflects the development of Chinas iron and steel industry. Hebei Provinces steel exports ranked first in the country for 4 consecutive years, the price of steel exports increased prices fell, the export structure rise and fall, export market scope, export main body has been reduced. But at the same time, trade frictions are also accompanied by a growing trend. After a clear idea of the core of the research, this paper makes a new understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of Hebeis iron and steel export trade, and then puts forward suggestions and countermeasures according to the existing problems.
