郑州市高中体育教学中心理健康教育现状的调查研究的中期报告 摘要： 本研究以郑州市高中体育教学中心为研究对象，通过问卷调查、访谈等方式，探究了该中心体育教师对心理健康教育的认知程度、教学内容、教学方法和评价方式等方面的情况，并提出了一些改进建议。 结果表明，该中心大部分体育教师对心理健康教育的认识还比较模糊，教学内容和方法的多样性不足，评价方式也比较单一。此外，体育教师在教学中普遍存在心理健康知识不足、缺乏实际操作能力等问题。 针对上述问题，本研究建议加强对高中体育教师心理健康教育认知的培训，丰富心理健康教育的教学内容和方法，并发展多样化的评价机制。同时，加强对体育教师的心理健康知识培训和实践操作能力的提升，以提高教师的心理健康教育能力。 关键词：高中体育教学中心；心理健康教育；教学内容；教学方法；评价方式 Abstract: This study takes the Zhengzhou High School Physical Education Teaching Center as the research object, through questionnaire surveys, interviews and other methods, to explore the physical education teachers understanding of mental health education, teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation methods, and put forward some improvement suggestions. The results show that most of the physical education teachers in this center have a relatively vague understanding of mental health education, insufficient diversity in teaching content and methods, and relatively single evaluation methods. In addition, there are common problems of lack of mental health knowledge and insufficient practical operation ability among physical education teachers in teaching. To address these issues, this study suggests strengthening the training of high school physical education teachers awareness of mental health education, enriching the teaching content and methods of mental health education, and developing diversified evaluation mechanisms. At the same time, it is recommended to strengthen the training of physical education teachers mental health knowledge and practical operation ability to improve their ability to provide mental health education.
