典型草原区水资源承载能力评价方法研究的中期报告 摘要： 草原区是我国重要的水源地、风沙源地和畜牧业生产基地，但当前草原生态环境恶化严重，水资源承载能力退化明显。因此，对草原区水资源承载能力进行评价显得尤为重要。本研究利用实地调查、遥感影像解译、水文气象数据等多种手段，以典型草原区为研究对象，初步构建了涵盖水源涵养、径流消耗、土壤水利用、地下水补给和水环境承载能力等因素的草原水资源承载能力评价指标体系。同时，采用模糊综合评价方法对上述指标进行加权，得到了典型草原区水资源承载能力综合评价值，并进一步对评价结果进行分析和解释。研究结果表明，典型草原区水资源承载能力在总体上较为薄弱，其中水源涵养能力表现最好，地下水补给能力较差，这与草原区地表水资源分布不均、水文条件复杂等因素有关。本研究的中期报告为进一步明确草原区水资源承载能力评价指标和方法，提出合理的水资源保护和管理对策提供了依据。 关键词：草原区；水资源；承载能力；评价指标；模糊综合评价 Abstract： Grassland is an important water source, wind and sand source, and animal husbandry production base in China. However, the current ecological environment of grassland is seriously deteriorating, and the carrying capacity of water resources is significantly degraded. Therefore, it is particularly important to evaluate the carrying capacity of water resources in grassland areas. In this study, using various methods such as field investigation, remote sensing image interpretation, and hydro-meteorological data, a preliminary evaluation index system for the carrying capacity of grassland water resources covering factors such as water source conservation, runoff consumption, soil water use, groundwater replenishment, and water environment carrying capacity was constructed for the typical grassland area. At the same time, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to weight the above indicators, and the comprehensive evaluation value of the carrying capacity of water resources in the typical grassland area was obtained, and the evaluation results were further analyzed and explained. The results showed that the carrying capacity of water resources in the typical grassland area was generally weak, with water source conservation capacity performing the best and groundwater replenishment capacity being poor, which was related to uneven distribution of surface water resources and complex hydrological conditions in grassland areas.
