内燃机整机振动激振力实验识别技术研究的中期报告 摘要: 本研究提出了一种基于振动力学理论的内燃机整机振动激振力实验识别技术,旨在实现对内燃机整机在不同工况下的振动激振力识别和分析。本报告介绍了该技术的研究背景、原理及实验方案,重点介绍了中期研究进展,包括振动激振力实验测试系统的设计与建立、实验方法的构建与优化、实验数据处理与分析等。实验结果表明,该技术能够有效识别出内燃机整机在不同工况下的振动激振力,并对不同工况下的激振力特性进行了较为准确的分析,为内燃机整机的振动控制及重要零部件的结构优化提供了依据。 关键词:内燃机;整机振动;激振力;识别技术 Abstract: In this study, we proposed a vibration force identification technique for investigating the vibration characteristics of internal combustion engines under various operating conditions. The technique is based on the principles of vibration mechanics and aims to identify the vibrational forces generated by internal combustion engines under different conditions. In this report, we describe the background, principles and experimental design of this technique and emphasize the progress of this work in the middle stage, including the design and establishment of a vibration force testing system, the construction and optimization of experimental methods, and the processing and analysis of experimental data. Our results show that this technique can effectively identify the vibrational forces generated by internal combustion engines under various operating conditions and accurately analyze the characteristics of the vibration forces under different conditions, which provides a basis for the vibration control of internal combustion engines and the structural optimization of important components.
