Purpose / Agenda • Discuss solutions to the issue of splitting order line caused by order swap with Dream. 2. Conclusion of the meeting More research is required on the solution of copying promised SP to the order specification of new order line. 3. To Do (Next Action) Hamana san will confirm with Fuji tech for the solution. 4. Meeting Details/Comments • Issue: After Dream sends ATP result to Rainbow, Rainbow splits order line when there are different SPs promised from Dream. Then Rainbow will send “exchange” request to Dream for order swap for the new order line, there may be new SP promised to the order line while there’s WAKU move at the moment. This may cause endless cycle for Rainbow to split order; • Business requirement: Keep the ATP result the same with Dream first promise to the order request when Rainbow sends “exchange” request to Dream for order swap. • Potential solution: - Rainbow copies the SP info. from the ATP result that Dream promised to the new order l hrough interface when sending new order l o Dream for order swap (there’s no order specification change to the order in Rainbow); - Rainbow sends all quotation orders and sales orders which require re-
