移动通信行业网络技术人员胜任特征模型的构建与应用——以许昌移动网络部为例的中期报告 摘要： 本文以许昌移动网络部为例，探讨了移动通信行业网络技术人员的胜任特征模型的构建与应用。首先，通过文献综述和实地调研，确定了移动通信行业网络技术人员的核心胜任特征，包括专业技能、创新精神、沟通协调、团队合作、问题解决和自我管理等方面；其次，运用层次分析法（AHP）和模糊综合评价法（FAHP）构建了移动通信行业网络技术人员胜任特征模型，并对模型的适用性和稳定性进行了验证；最后，基于所建模型，辅以许昌移动网络部员工的背景资料和职业能力评估结果，提出了针对移动通信行业网络技术人员的职业发展建议。 关键词：移动通信；网络技术人员；胜任特征模型；AHP；FAHP Abstract： This paper takes the mobile network department of Xuchang as an example to explore the construction and application of the competence feature model of network technology personnel in the mobile communication industry. Firstly, through literature review and field research, the core competence features of network technology personnel in the mobile communication industry were determined, including professional skills, innovation spirit, communication and coordination, teamwork, problem solving and self-management. Secondly, the competence feature model of network technology personnel in the mobile communication industry was constructed by using the AHP and FAHP methods, and the applicability and stability of the model were verified. Finally, based on the established model, combined with the background information of the Xuchang mobile network department employees and their professional competence evaluation results, suggestions on career development were proposed for network technology personnel in the mobile communication industry.
