摘 要 近年来，团队这一概念日益受到人们的青睐，依靠团队推进，促进 企业各项工作健康而顺利地 发展，已经成为 现代企业坚定不移的战略选择。特别是当社会中，竞争越演越烈，社会分工更加精细，一个人想要在竞争中取得胜利，在社会中站住家，必须要学会与人合作，仅凭单枪匹马单打独斗是无法成功的，因此，团队管理成为现代管理新的发展阶段，企业管理已将如何建立高效团队列入解决问题。本文将通过介绍团队的概念、特征以及分析企业在团队管理中存在的问题，运用团队管理理论破解企业管理中的难题，同时结合企业实际情况及案例分析，提出了建设高效团队的途径，对推动企业和谐健康发展具有借鉴的意义。 【关键词】企业 团队管理 高效团队 共同目标Abstract In recent years, the concept of team has received people’s favor day by day. It has already become the modern enterprises’ steadfast strategy choice to depend upon the team to advance and promote enterprises’ each work so as to develop healthily and smoothly. Especially, the market competition is now very intense and the specialized labor division is even more refinement, the ages that one can succeed only depending on single fights has already past. Thus, the team spirit and cooperation ability are essential if one want to be ever-victorious in the competition. However, since the team-building is a new stage of the development of modern management theory, it is a difficult matter to the business managements that how they can build a highly effective team. This paper proposes some ways to build the highly effective team by introducing the definition of team, its features as well as analysis on the existing problems during the enterprises’ team-building. Besides, the author also explains the difficulties in the enterprise management by using the team-building theory, unifying the enterprises’ actual situation as well as giving the case analysis. All these may have great significance in promoting enterprises to develop more harmoniously and healthily.
