摘要

近年来，人们越来越关注母体环境因素对后代遗传的影响。宫内环境中的高糖水平已被证明是影响胎儿生长发育和健康的一个重要因素。研究表明，高糖环境可影响子代的亲源性基因印记，从而对子代的健康和疾病易感性产生长期影响。本文拟对宫内高糖环境对子代亲源性基因印记的影响及其遗传效应机制进行研究。

Abstract

Inrecentyears,peoplehavepaidmoreattentiontothehereditaryeffectsofmaternalenvironmentalfactorsonoffspring.Thehighglucoselevelsintheintrauterineenvironmenthavebeenshowntobeanimportantfactoraffectingfetalgrowth,development,andhealth.Studieshaveshownthathighglucoseenvironmentcanaffectoffspringsparentalgeneimprinting,thuslong-termeffectsonoffspringhealthanddiseasesusceptibility.Thispaperintendstostudytheeffectofintrauterinehighglucoseenvironmentonoffspringsparentalgeneimprintinganditshereditaryeffect.

Firstly,thispaperwillsummarizetheexistingresearchresultsthroughliteraturereview,exploretheeffectofhighglucoseenvironmentonoffspringsparentalgeneimprinting,andthemechanismofitslong-termhealtheffectsonoffspring.Secondly,usingexperimentalresearchmethods,thispaperwillfocusontheeffectofhighglucoseenvironmentonoffspringsparentalgeneimprintinganditsmechanismintermsofgeneticeffects.Specificresearchdesignsinclude:establishingananimalmodelofhighglucoseenvironment;measuringchangesinoffspringsparentalgeneimprinting;exploringthelong-termeffectsofhighglucoseenvironmentonoffspringhealth.
