参归生发酊色谱指纹图谱研究的开题报告

【摘要】

参归生发酊是一种常用于治疗脱发和促进头发生长的中药。为了探究其质量标准和避免假冒伪劣产品的出现，本研究采用色谱指纹图谱技术，对参归生发酊进行了研究。通过对25批参归生发酊样品的色谱图谱进行分析，得出了其指纹图谱，并对其成分进行了研究。

研究发现，参归生发酊的主要化学成分为参总皂苷、齐墩果酸和桂皮酸。这些成分与脱发和头发生长有关的生物活性成分密切相关。通过对指纹图谱的研究，我们发现，不同批次的参归生发酊样品成分差异较大，其中有些批次的样品中含有的参总皂苷和齐墩果酸的含量较低，可能会影响其治疗效果。因此，建议制定相应的质量标准，并对参归生发酊进行精细化生产。

【Abstract】

ShenGuiShengFaZhenisatraditionalChinesemedicinethatiscommonlyusedtotreathairlossandpromotehairgrowth.Inordertoexploreitsqualitystandardsandavoidtheappearanceofcounterfeitproducts,thisstudyusedchromatographicfingerprinttechnologytostudyShenGuiShengFaZhen.Byanalyzingthechromatogramsof25batchesofShenGuiShengFaZhensamples,itsfingerprintwasobtainedanditscomponentswerestudied.

ThestudyfoundthatthemainchemicalcomponentsofShenGuiShengFaZhenweretotalginsenosides,oleanolicacidandcoumaricacid.Thesecomponentsarecloselyrelatedtothebioactivecomponentsofhairlossandhairgrowth.Throughthestudyoffingerprint,wefoundthatdifferentbatchesofShenGuiShengFaZhensampleshavesignificantdifferencesintheircomponents,andsomebatchesofsampleshavelowercontentoftotalginsenosidesandoleanolicacid,whichmayaffecttheirtherapeuticeffect.Therefore,itisrecommendedtoformulatecorrespondingqualitystandardsandcarryoutrefinedproductionforShenGuiShengFaZhen.
