【摘要】

课外听力自主学习是提高师范学生听力水平的有效途径。本研究旨在探究五年制师范学生课外听力自主学习的现状与影响因素，并提出相应的促进策略。通过问卷调查和访谈等方法，发现五年制师范学生普遍存在听力能力不足和听力学习动力不足的问题，同时也发现个体差异较大，影响因素复杂。针对这些问题，本研究提出了多方位的促进策略，包括提高教师对听力自主学习的重视程度、建立有效的学习支持体系、利用多样化的学习资源、加强个性化的学习指导等。通过实践验证，这些策略具有一定的可行性和实效性，可为五年制师范学生课外听力自主学习提供有益参考。

【Abstract】

Self-directedlearningoflisteningoutsideclassisaneffectivewaytoimprovethelisteninglevelofteachereducationstudents.Thisstudyaimstoexplorethecurrentsituationandinfluencingfactorsofself-directedlearningoflisteningoutsideclassoffive-yearteachereducationstudents,andproposecorrespondingstrategiestopromoteit.Throughquestionnairesurveyandinterviewandothermethods,itwasfoundthatfive-yearteachereducationstudentsgenerallyhaveproblemsofinsufficientlisteningabilityandinsufficientmotivationforlisteninglearning,andindividualdifferencesarealsolargeandinfluencingfactorsarecomplex.Toaddresstheseissues,thisstudyproposesmultidimensionalstrategiestopromote,includingincreasingteachersemphasisonself-directedlearningoflistening,establishinganeffectivelearningsupportsystem,usingdiverselearningresources,andstrengtheningpersonalizedlearningguidance.Throughpracticevalidation,thesestrategieshavecertainfeasibilityandeffectiveness,andcanprovideusefulreferenceforself-directedlearningoflisteningoutsideclassoffive-yearteachereducationstudents.
