摘要

基于当前大环境下的绿色、环保、可持续发展理念，绿色施工技术可以说是现如今建筑施工行业内的紧要课题，越来越被工程技术人员所重视，其发展速度之快。而BIM技术作为一项新型技术，在建筑施工实际流程中的愈发广泛。BIM作为一种全新的理念和技术，给传统建筑业带来了鼎新。在工程的实际流程中，BIM技术能够快速模拟施工过程中的能耗。目前在环保、节能减排的绿色施工理念下，绿色施工信息化管理已经成为行业内的大趋势，二者相结合可以使绿色施工各个关键指标定性及定量化，从而使绿色施工与施工进度这一块密切结合的精细化施工管理成为可能。BIM+绿色施工技术已是大势所趋，势不可挡。本文通过分析目前国内外部分学者、专家对绿色施工和BIM技术研究的总体概况，梳理并总结了相关文献资料，拟结合目前建筑行业的实际情况，开展进一步研究。

Abstract

Basedontheconceptofgreen,environmentalprotectionandsustainabledevelopmentunderthecurrentgeneralenvironment,greenconstructiontechnologycanbesaidtobeacriticalissueintheconstructionindustrytoday,andisincreasinglyvaluedbyengineeringtechnicians.Itsdevelopmentspeedisfast.Asanewtechnology,BIMtechnologyismoreandmorewidelyusedintheactualprocessofbuildingconstruction.Asanewconceptandtechnology,BIMhasbroughtinnovationtothetraditionalconstructionindustry.Intheactualprocessoftheproject,BIMtechnologycanquicklysimulatetheenergyconsumptionintheconstructionprocess.Atpresent,underthegreenconstructionconceptofenvironmentalprotection,energyconservationandemissionreduction,greenconstructioninformationmanagementhasbecomeamajortrendintheindustry.Thecombinationofthetwocanmakeeachkeyindicatorofgreenconstructionqualitativeandquantitative,thusmakingitpossibletocloselycombinegreenconstructionandconstructionprogresswithfineconstructionmanagement.BIM+greenconstructiontechnologyisanirresistibletrend.ThispaperanalyzesthegeneralsituationofsomescholarsandexpertsathomeandabroadongreenconstructionandBIMtechnologyresearch,combsandsummarizesrelevantliterature,andplanstocarryoutfurtherresearchincombinationwiththeactualsituationof
