现阶段，我国大学毕业生工作就业问题成了时事热点，导致了社会各界人士高度关注。大学扩招至今，大学生由原来的“社会精英”成了现今“普通民众”。每年都会有许多大学毕业生遭遇非常大的就业问题。充分就业是国家经济政策目标之一。从这点研究在我国大学生就业难题，关系着祖国的未来、民族大团结和社会安定，具有重要实际意义和实用价值。

本研究阐述了广东省高校毕业生就业全过程存在的问题。这和在我国经济结构调整与基础教育改革落后，大学生就业意识落伍有很大的关系。文中针对这一情况进行研究，讨论进一步提高广东大学毕业生就业的重要防范措施。

Abstract

Atthisstage,theemploymentofcollegegraduatesinChinahasbecomeahottopicofcurrentaffairs,whichhasattractedgreatattentionfrompeoplefromallwalksoflife.Sincetheexpansionofuniversityenrollment,collegestudentshavebecomeordinarypeoplefromtheoriginalsocialelite.Everyyear,manycollegegraduatesencounteraverybigemploymentproblem.Fullemploymentisoneofthegoalsofnationaleconomicpolicy.ItisofgreatpracticalsignificanceandpracticalvaluetostudytheemploymentproblemofcollegestudentsinChinafromthispointofview,whichisrelatedtothefutureofthemotherland,nationalunityandsocialstability.

ThisresearchexpoundstheproblemsexistinginthewholeprocessofemploymentofcollegegraduatesinGuangdongProvince.ThishasalottodowiththebackwardnessofeconomicrestructuringandbasiceducationreforminChina,andtheoutdatedemploymentawarenessofcollegestudents.ThispaperstudiesthissituationanddiscussestheimportantpreventivemeasurestofurtherimprovetheemploymentofgraduatesofGuangdongUniversity.
