摘要

市场经济条件下,激励机制是企业管理重要的战略性资源。文章以美团为例,通过问卷调查法、统计分析法,和双因素理论对美团骑手的员工激励机制现状和作用,以及制约美团骑手员工激励机制建设的因素进行分析,并提出相应的解决办法。望能推动美团企业的蓬勃发展。

Abstract

Undertheconditionsofmarketeconomy,incentivemechanismisanimportantstrategicresourceforenterprisemanagement.TakingMeituanasanexample,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationandroleofthestaffincentivemechanismofMeituanriders,aswellasthefactorsthatrestricttheconstructionofthestaffincentivemechanismofMeituanriders,andputsforwardcorrespondingsolutionsthroughquestionnairesurvey,statisticalanalysis,andtwo-factortheory.WehopetopromotethevigorousdevelopmentofMeituanenterprises.
