摘要

新冠肺炎疫情的突发给各行各业带来了沉重的打击,对于产业链长的M公司更是如此,为了缓解疫情带来的不良影响,在后疫情时代保持稳定、高效地发展,知识型员工成为了必不可少的掌握战略博弈的资源。同时随着知识经济的到来,知识型员工愈发体现出其在企业创新中的重要地位。知识作为一种生产要素被认可,那么知识型员工作为掌握这一要素的主力军,对其实施科学完善的激励政策就是企业必须要面对的关键问题。如何提高知识型员工的工作效率,如何发掘知识型员工的工作潜力,如何培养员工对公司的忠诚度和归属感,越来越成为企业激励管理的重点内容。本文以M公司作为研究案例,对企业内知识型员工激励情况归纳分析,采用调查问卷、文献查阅的方法进行深入研究,详细介绍了M公司激励现状、问题、解决对策。对于提升知识型员工的效率,充分刺激知识型员工的积极主动性,为企业实现更高的价值,帮助企业控制管理成本有重要的现实意义。

Abstract

TheoutbreakofCOVID-19hasbroughtaheavyblowtoallwalksoflife,especiallyforMengniuDairyCompanywithalongindustrialchain.Inordertoalleviatetheadverseimpactoftheepidemicandmaintainstableandefficientdevelopmentinthepost-epidemicera,knowledge-basedemployeeshavebecomeanessentialresourcetomasterthestrategicgame.Atthesametime,withtheadventofknowledgeeconomy,knowledge-basedemployeesincreasinglyreflecttheirimportantpositioninenterpriseinnovation.Knowledgebeingrecognizedasafactorofproductionisrecognized,thenknowledge-basedemployeesasthemainforcetomasterthisfactor,theimplementationofscientificandperfectincentivepolicyisthekeyproblemthatenterprisesmustface.Howtoimprovetheworkefficiencyofknowledge-basedemployees,howtoexploretheworkpotentialofknowledge-basedemployees,andhowtocultivatetheirloyaltyandsenseofbelongingtothecompanyhavebecomemoreandmorethekeycontentofenterpriseincentivemanagement.ThispapertakesMengniuDairyCompanyasaresearchcase,summarizesandanalyzestheincentivesituationofknowledge-basedemployeesintheenterprise,adoptsthemethodsofquestionnaireandliteraturereview,andintroducestheincentivestatusquo,problemsandcountermeasuresofMengniuDairyCompanyindetail.Itisofgreatpracticalsignificancetoimprovetheefficiencyofknowledge-basedemployees,fullystimulatethepositiveinitiativeofknowledge-basedemployees,realizehighervalueforenterprises,andhelpenterp
