摘要：为了找出防范油库火灾爆炸事故的有效措施，通过研究油库火灾爆炸事故实例，采用改

进型鱼骨图分析法，定性地分析出引发油库火灾爆炸的5个主要因素以及20个子因素。结合层

次分析法，确定其层次结构模型，利用MATLAB软件计算出各个因素的权重，从定量的角度分

析问题减少主观因素的影响。研究结果表明，引发事故的5个主要因素中，人为因素与设备因素

的权重值相加高达0.742，是制定防范措施的重点；在20个子因素中，管理不当、员工业务水平

不足以及设备老旧综合权重之和为0.508，占总权重一半，需要有针对性地去解决问题。应用改

进型鱼骨图与层次分析法结合MATLAB软件分析事故具有简洁、高效、实用的优点，值得进一

步推广应用到其他领域。
