similarlyevaluated.Thisguideservestheneedforaforward-lookingprogramthatallowsa

knowledgeableenvironmentalprofessionaltocompleteanevaluationofaproposedbeneficialuse,

utilizingreadilyavailableinformationandher/hisprofessionaljudgmentwhetherpropertyusage

restrictionsarenecessarytobeprotectiveofhumanhealth.Twooutcomesofsuchanevaluation

includefindingthattheproposedbeneficialuseisacceptable,orafindingthattheproposedbeneficial
