摘要

由于经济全球化的飞速发展,各国之间的贸易交流也越来越频繁。在国际商务活动中会涉及到各国传统文化相互碰撞、相互融合,从而加强了各国之间经济的往来。所以,这就要求我们要充分了解每个国家的文化。本篇论文是在跨文化视角下,通过研究文献、分析案例等研究方法,分析了造成中美商务谈判礼仪差异的表现及原因,提出了应对的策略。这篇文章被分为五个章节。第一章是研究背景、研究目的及意义、理论基础和文献综述。第二章是对中美商务谈判礼仪的表现进行了分析,主要从握手礼仪、表达礼仪、餐桌礼仪和馈赠礼仪入手。第三章是根据价值观、思维方式和宗教信仰三个角度探究了其产生差异的根源。第四章通过总结中遇到的问题提出了应对中美商务谈判礼仪差异的策略。最后一章是对全文进行了总结概括。

ABSTRACT

Becauseoftherapiddevelopmentofeconomicglobalization,tradeexchangesbetweencountriesarebecomingmoreandmorefrequent.Ininternationalbusinessactivities,traditionalculturesofdifferentcountrieswillcollidewitheachotherandintegratewitheachother,thusstrengtheningeconomicexchangesbetweencountries.Therefore,itrequiresustofullyunderstandthecultureofeachcountry.Fromacross-culturalperspective,thispaperanalyzesthemanifestationsandcausesofthedifferencesinbusinessnegotiationetiquettebetweenChineseandAmericanthroughliteratureresearch,caseanalysisandotherresearchmethods,andputsforwardcountermeasures.Thepaperisdividedintofivechapters.Thefirstchapteristheresearchbackground,researchpurposeandsignificance,theoreticalbasisandliteraturereview.ThesecondchapteranalyzestheperformanceofSino-USbusinessnegotiationetiquette,mainlyfromthehandshakeetiquette,expressionetiquette,tableetiquetteandgiftetiquette.Thethirdchapterexplorestherootofthedifferencesfromtheperspectivesofvalues,waysofthinkingandreligiousbelief.ThefourthchapterputsforwardstrategiestodealwiththedifferencesinbusinessnegotiationetiquettebetweenChinaandtheUnitedStatesbysummarizingtheproblemsencountered.Thelastchapterisasummaryofthefulltext.
