摘要

近年来,我国海底捞火锅消费市场得到迅速扩张,众多企业在短时间内涌入火锅市场,使得海底捞火锅餐饮行业的竞争日益激烈,海底捞火锅企业的可持续发展问题也日益受到关注。在竞争如此激烈的市场要获得自己的持续竞争优势,企业需要考虑的不再仅仅是如何满足消费者的一次性需求,而是如何提高消费者的忠诚度和消费者黏性。因此,如何在火锅餐饮市场脱颖而出,获得持续竞争力是企业亟需探索的问题。

本文通过运用4P、SWOT等分析方法对海底捞市场营销策略进行充分分析,得出海底捞缺乏高素质营销管理人员,食品安全隐患以及营销手段落后等问题。针对以上问题提出完善其制度,重视人才培养,重视环境卫生,完善网络经营等建议,以期为海底捞等火锅餐饮企业提供参考。

ABSTRACT

Inrecentyears,theconsumptionmarketofHaidilaohotpotinChinahasrapidlyexpanded,andmanyenterpriseshaverushedintothehotpotmarketinashortperiodoftime,makingthecompetitionintheHaidilaohotpotcateringindustryincreasinglyfierce.ThesustainabledevelopmentofHaidilaohotpotenterprisesisalsoreceivingincreasingattention.Togainasustainedcompetitiveadvantageinsuchafiercelycompetitivemarket,companiesneedtoconsidernotonlyhowtomeetconsumers’one-timeneeds,butalsohowtoimproveconsumerloyaltyandstickiness.Therefore,howtostandoutinthehotpotcateringmarketandachievesustainedcompetitivenessisanurgentissuethatenterprisesneedtoexplore.

ThispaperfullyanalyzesthemarketingstrategyofHaidilaobyusinganalysismethodssuchas4PandSWOT.ItcomestotheconclusionthatHaidilaolackshigh-qualitymarketingmanagementpersonnel,andtherearefoodsafetyrisksandbackwardmarketingmeans.Inresponsetotheaboveissues,suggestionsareproposedofimprovingitssystem,attachingimportancetotalentcultivation,environmentalhygiene,andimprovingnetworkmanagement,inordertoprovidereferenceforhotpotcateringenterprisessuchasHaidilao.
