随着世界经济迅速发展，经济全球化趋势不可逆转，中国与各个国家的商业往来更加频繁，商务活动中往往通过商务谈判达成合作共识，商务谈判是企业实现经济目标的主要手段。成功的商务谈判可以为企业带来较高的经济效益。商务谈判中，口译起着关键的重要作用。国际商务谈判中的口译也极具复杂性与灵活性。口译员在谈判过程中不同情况下采取合适的口译策略，不仅可以推动谈判顺利进行，甚至还可以达到谈判目的，为公司带来效益。谈判中出现的问题给商务合作带来阻碍，研究口译的策略与技巧可以促使口译员在商务谈判中更好的提高专业素养，掌握翻译技巧，从而更好使谈判双方之间交流，更快地达成合作，促进各国贸易往来，更好的实现经济全球化。

本文旨在研究国际商务谈判的概念，深入分析国际商务谈判的特点和原则，分析商务谈判过程中口译的特点，从而进一步探析口译员在进行国际商务谈判口译中运用的策略及策略指导下的口译技巧，促使口译员在国际商务谈判口译中，面对不同情况灵活采取口译策略，促成谈判取得成功，更进一步促进商务合作。

Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheworldeconomy,thetrendofeconomicglobalizationisirreversible,andthebusinessexchangesbetweenChinaandothercountriesaremorefrequent.Inbusinessactivities,cooperationconsensusisoftenreachedthroughbusinessnegotiation,whichisthemainmeansforenterprisestoachievetheireconomicgoals.Successfulbusinessnegotiationcanbringhigheconomicbenefitsforenterprises.Interpretationplaysakeyroleinbusinessnegotiation.Theinterpretationintheinternationalbusinessnegotiationisalsoextremelycomplexandflexible.Theinterpreteradoptsappropriateinterpretationstrategiesinthenegotiationprocess,whichcannotonlypromotethesmoothprogressofthenegotiation,butalsoachievethepurposeofthenegotiationandbringbenefitstothecompany.Theproblemsinthenegotiationbringobstaclestobusinesscooperation.Thestrategiesandskillsofinterpretationcanpromoteinterpreterstobetterimprovetheirprofessionalqualityandmastertranslationskillsinbusinessnegotiation,soastobettermakethecommunicationbetweenthetwosidesofthenegotiation,toreachcooperationfaster,promotethetradeofvariouscountries,andbetterrealizeeconomicglobalization.
